  • Is there any animal or pet you won't paint?

    I love painting new pets and am open to any opportunity to paint a new animal!

    Although cats and dogs are my most common pets, I have also painted rabbits, guinea pigs, turtles, horses, chickens and rats!

  • What is the difference between Premium Portraits and Art Refrigerator Portraits?

    Refrigerator Art Portraits are completed on small watercolour cards. They are often completed live at events, and are always finished within 45 minutes. This results in a loose, unique style.

    Premium Portraits are created on premium, high-quality stretch watercolour paper. When you order these paintings, you will receive a black and white composition sketch for your approval. The final painting is more detailed, intricate and precise. The paints are available in larger sizes. View a gallery of both portrait styles here.

  • When ordering my portrait there are options for 'Quantity' and Number of Pets'. What is the difference between these options?

    When ordering, you will need to complete the number of pets included in the painting and the number of paintings you would like to order.

    The number of pets is the number of animals in the painting. Quantity is the number of paintings you would like to order.

    For example, if you order paintings with Number of pets (2) and Quantity (3). You will receive 3 paintings, each containing 2 pets.

  • How do I send the photos of my pet to you?

    Once you have placed your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. In the email, there is a link to upload your photos to a Dropbox folder. Please upload your photos here.

    Please ensure your files are named with your order number and your pet(s) name.

  • When I order my portrait it pop ups with a form. Why do you need this information from me?

    There is a short form to complete, so I have enough information to complete your painting. This includes your name, your pet’s name and some details about their personality and features. This form ensures I do my best to capture them.

    The form is short and necessary information so I can complete the painting and do my best to capture everything about your pet!

  • What shipping options do you offer?

    We post all paintings and cards by Royal Mail. Most orders are shipped with their Tracked48 service. Your email will be provided to Royal Mail so they can provide updates on the delivery.

    You can upgrade to the Tracked24 service if you need your painting to arrive sooner. However, 1 week is required by the artist to ensure we have time to complete your painting.

    Unfortunately, we cannot currently provide international shipping.

  • Do you accept returns or refunds?

    As all paintings are fully custom to feature your pet, we cannot accept returns or refunds.
