4 Big Benefits from an Art Workshop

Hosting workshops is so much fun; you always create amazing work. But it’s not really about the paintings you make. Here are 4 big benefits from joining an art workshop that aren’t just the paintings you make and take home with you.

  1. It’s an opportunity to try a new skill stress-free. You need zero painting experience. None. nada. I teach you everything you’ll need. And you don’t need to bring any materials, I have got you covered. You just need a photo of your pet (and I’ve got space animal photos even if you forget that!)

  2. Painting and art make you look at things in a different way. You’ll observe your pet in a new way, and it will deepen your connection with them.

  3. It’s a chance to meet some new people. We’re all looking for a little more community, and you never know who you could meet. Join us for a drink, share some chocolates and come hang out.

  4. Painting is literally good for your brain. It releases all of those happy hormones and gives your brain a chance to focus on one new thing. And when your brain is totally focused on trying something new, it calms your nervous system. And we can all do with a little therapeutic break

There is basically no downside. So join us!

Next workshop April 12th at The Hamm Hitchin, I’ll see you there!
